What I host
About me
I’m based in London and partner with individuals and organisations navigating change across sectors, cultures, and continents. Born in Switzerland to Sri Lankan parents, I was shaped by four languages, five identities, and a lifetime of translating; not just words, but worlds. This has influenced my work from reading between the lines, making sense of human complexity, and building bridges.
I hold an MBA from HKUST, with an exchange at LBS and I'm a Scrum Master, certified in Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching. I have clients in the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, across sectors such as health, chemicals, technology, finance and aid. My work has focused on people management, communication, and marketing
