Born in Switzerland to Sri Lankan parents, I was shaped by four languages, five identities, and a lifetime of translating—not just words, but worlds. This has influenced my work: reading between the lines, making sense of human complexity, and building bridges.
I hold an MBA from HKUST with an exchange at LBS, and I am a Scrum Master certified in Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching. I have clients in the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, across sectors such as health, chemicals, technology, finance, and aid. I bring 10+ years at the intersection of people strategy and communication.
